Because our soaps and balms are handmade, personal-care products, Bedda Naturals Inc. maintains a clear final sale / no returns policy for change-of-mind purchases. Please read this carefully before ordering.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
1. All sales are final
Except as described in section 2 below, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of scent, texture, or appearance
- Orders placed in error (wrong size, scent, or quantity) once fulfilled
- Opened or used products
Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and our Shipping Policy before checkout. If you have questions about a product, email orders@bedda.ca before you buy — we’re happy to help you choose.
2. Damaged or incorrect items (goodwill exception)
We stand behind careful packing and accurate fulfillment. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us. As a goodwill exception, we will work with you to make it right — for example by replacing the item or providing store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email orders@bedda.ca within a reasonable time after delivery and include:
- Your order number or the email used at checkout
- A short description of the problem
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item (and packaging, if relevant)
This goodwill process does not change our general final-sale policy for other situations.
3. Product quality and skin sensitivity
Our products are cosmetics / personal care items, not medical treatments. Skin reactions can happen with any cosmetic, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. We recommend reviewing ingredients and patch-testing when appropriate. Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or individual skin response is covered by our final-sale policy above.
