Thank you for shopping with Bedda Naturals Inc. We handcraft our products in Mississauga, Ontario, and currently ship within Canada only.

1. Where we ship
At this time, we deliver to addresses in Canada only. We cannot fulfill international orders through the online checkout. If you need help confirming whether we can ship to your location, email orders@bedda.ca.
2. Processing and delivery
Orders are typically prepared in the order they are received. Because many items are handmade in small batches, processing times can vary — especially during busy periods or when a product needs to be freshly finished.
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your province or territory and the carrier used. We will share tracking information when it is available.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. The amount shown before you pay is the shipping charge for that order.
4. Accurate shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping name and address before completing payment. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
5. Local pickup
Where offered, local pickup options (for example in the Mississauga / Vaughan area) may be arranged separately. See our Contact page or email us for current pickup details.
6. Delays and lost packages
Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, peak seasons, or service interruptions). If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your package appears lost, contact us at orders@bedda.ca and we will help investigate with the carrier.
7. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please see our Returns Policy and email us promptly with your order details and photos if possible. We want to make it right.
