Welcome to Bedda. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bedda.ca and any purchases from Bedda Naturals Inc. (“Bedda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Please review them periodically.
1. Who we are
Bedda is a brand of Bedda Naturals Inc. We handcraft natural soaps, balms, and related skincare products. For questions, email orders@bedda.ca.
2. Cosmetics disclaimer (important)
Bedda products are cosmetics / personal care products. They are not drugs, medical devices, or treatments. Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, ingredient information, or customer stories — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Individual results vary. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always patch-test new products if you have sensitive skin.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may shop with us if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. There is no minimum age restriction stated for browsing, but you are responsible for providing accurate account and order information. Keep your login details confidential.
4. Products and orders
Product images and descriptions are provided for information; slight variations in colour, scent intensity, or appearance can occur because our products are handmade in small batches.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your address). If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice for future orders.
5. Product 3D previews (beta)
Some product pages include interactive 3D models. These views are a beta feature and are approximate and illustrative only. They are not an exact representation of the product you will receive.
Colour, shape, size, finish, and texture shown in a 3D model may differ from the real bar, balm, or other product in your order. We provide 3D previews only to help you get a general sense of how a product looks.
Bedda Naturals Inc. is not bound by the appearance of any 3D model if the real product differs. Your order is for the physical product described on the site (and in your confirmation), not for a pixel-perfect match to a 3D preview. The handmade-batch variation described in section 4 also applies.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment portion of your transaction.
7. Shipping, returns, and privacy
Shipping is currently available within Canada only. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
All sales are generally final. See our Returns Policy for the no-returns rule and how we handle damaged or incorrect items as a goodwill exception.

8. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, product names, and related materials are owned by Bedda Naturals Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, submitting false information, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Bedda Naturals Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
